Therapy with Pippa
A calm space to pause, breathe and reflect
Helping you let go of stress, anxiety and self-doubt
A space to breathe
Sometimes life throws curveballs, and it can feel hard to cope. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed by everything you're juggling, whether it’s uni or work stress, the pressure to succeed, or adjusting to life in a new place.
You might look like you’re holding it together on the outside, but inside it feels like a lot.
If you often feel anxious, not good enough, or stuck in patterns of overthinking or self-criticism, you’re not alone.
These are incredibly common experiences for thoughtful, sensitive people during big life transitions.
Therapy can be a grounding space to make sense of what you’re feeling and begin to shift things in a sustainable way.
This is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out.
Together, we can explore what’s going on beneath the surface, practice mindfulness tools for emotional regulation, and help you reconnect with your inner confidence, passions, and sense of direction.
In it together
Finding the right therapist can feel like a big step. I really believe in finding someone with whom you have a genuine connection, where you can feel comfortable and understood.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative. We’ll work in a way that feels right for you, combining reflection and practical tools to help you understand yourself, make changes where you want to, and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life.
A session might look like having an open space to talk about and make sense of what’s worrying you, practising some grounding or mindfulness techniques or doing a creative activity together.
It’s your time and space, and together we can work out what will be most helpful for you as you take steps towards meaningful change.

Hello, I’m Pippa
I’m really passionate about supporting people in their journey to feeling better and helping them to reconnect to life with more meaning and purpose.
For nearly a decade I have worked as a counsellor, clinical supervisor and teacher in schools, universities and private practice.
My approach is integrative, using a variety of techniques, including talking therapy, mindfulness, creative expression, and body-awareness. I care about continued professional learning and have a background in Psychology research (MSc).
Whether we’re talking, getting creative, or practising mindfulness, my aim is to help you feel grounded, understood, and empowered as you work towards the changes you want in your life.
