Therapy with Pippa

A calm space to pause, breathe and reflect

Helping you let go of stress, anxiety and self-doubt

A space to breathe

Sometimes life throws curveballs, and it can feel hard to cope. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed by everything you're juggling, whether it’s uni or work stress, the pressure to succeed, or adjusting to life in a new place.

You might look like you’re holding it together on the outside, but inside it feels like a lot.

If you often feel anxious, not good enough, or stuck in patterns of overthinking or self-criticism, you’re not alone.

These are incredibly common experiences for thoughtful, sensitive people during big life transitions.

Therapy can be a grounding space to make sense of what you’re feeling and begin to shift things in a sustainable way.

This is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out.

Together, we can explore what’s going on beneath the surface, practice mindfulness tools for emotional regulation, and help you reconnect with your inner confidence, passions, and sense of direction.

In it together

Finding the right therapist can feel daunting. I really believe in finding someone with whom you have a genuine connection, where you can feel comfortable and understood.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative. I draw from person-centred, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches, and where helpful, we can bring in practical tools from Positive Psychology or CBT to support help shift your mindset and support emotional regulation.

A session might look like having an open space to talk about and make sense of what’s worrying you, practising some grounding or mindfulness techniques or doing a creative activity together. It’s your time and space, and together we can work out what will be most helpful for you as you take steps towards meaningful change.

Hello, I’m Pippa

I’m really passionate about supporting and encouraging people along their journey to feeling better and helping them to connect to a life with more meaning and purpose. Having experienced this journey myself, it’s always an honour to walk alongside others as they navigate their own.

My background is in Psychology research (MSc) and work as a counsellor, clinical supervisor and teacher in schools, universities and private practice. My approach is integrative, which allows us to use a variety of techniques, including talking therapy, mindfulness, creative expression, and therapeutic interventions.

Whether we’re talking, using creative methods, or practising mindfulness, my aim is to help you feel grounded, understood, and empowered as you work towards the changes you want in your life.
