Supervision that expands your toolkit

Many of the therapists I work with have trained in core modalities such as person-centred or psychodynamic therapy and are looking to add tools to their therapy toolkit.

Together, we explore how you can integrate creative, relational, and embodied approaches into your work, building confidence as you do so.

This might include using creative activities, play or art-based work with children and young people, or integrating mindfulness and somatic approaches into your existing way of working.

Alongside this, we stay closely connected to the relational and psychodynamic thinking that underpins your work, thinking symbolically about what is happening between you and your clients and how this shapes the therapeutic process.

Your therapy anchor

We all know that being a therapist can be the best job but can also have incredibly challenging moments. Having the right support can be a steady anchor on those more difficult days, while also creating space for growth and professional development.

Together, we will explore your client’s inner world, what might be happening at an unconscious level in the dynamic and what approach or thinking could be helpful for you and your client

Supervision is a judgement-free space where you can bring anything that feels difficult. I believe in building people up, working with your strengths and helping to overcome any feelings of perfectionism and impostor syndrome

My aim is to offer a supervision relationship where you feel both held and encouraged to try out new ways of working, so you can continue to grow as you develop as a therapist.

Hello, I’m Pippa

For nearly a decade I have been working in schools, universities and private practice supporting children, teens and adults as a counsellor and have been running my private practice in-person and online since 2018.

My background is in integrative counselling using art and play therapy. Over time I have added other tools to my therapy toolkit including ACT and mindfulness

Outside of therapy, I teach yoga and incorporate somatic techniques into my therapy practice.

I understand the challenges faced by counsellors and have worked hard at my own self-care practices to create a rewarding, enriching and sustainable work-life. I really enjoy sharing supportive ideas and creating a respectful partnership to help you develop as a practitioner.
