Hello, I’m Pippa
Counsellor | Clinical Supervisor | Yoga Teacher
Hi, I’m Pippa
Teaching and learning have always been lifelong passions of mine.
It’s an honour to support people in their personal and professional development through my work as a therapist, clinical supervisor, and yoga teacher.
I offer a quiet, calm space where we can work together to make sense of what feels difficult or stuck, whether that’s in your own life or in your work with clients.
Alongside support, I also invite gentle challenge, supporting you to notice patterns and find new ways of responding.
Our sessions might involve talking, drawing, or working with image, as well as mindfulness, grounding, or somatic and body-based awareness. The space is yours to express yourself in whatever way feels most comfortable and helpful.
For almost a decade, I’ve worked with people of all ages across schools, universities, and private practice. I work integratively, using person-centred, psychodynamic, art and play therapy, mindfulness, ACT, and somatic approaches.
I have also carried out MSc research with UCL/Anna Freud Centre, and completed further training in supervision, integrative and creative therapy (BACP), mindfulness, ACT, and disordered eating (NCFED).
I’m originally from London and now live in Valencia, supporting people in the UK and across Europe. Outside of my work, I enjoy yoga, being outdoors, and the occasional tarot card reading.
