Online therapy for young people

Helping your child feel like themselves again

Engaging, interactive online counselling

Help is here

As a parent, few things are more agonising than helplessly watching your child suffer. You can see they are withdrawing, acting out, or grappling with swings in mood and behaviour. You want to get them professional support but trying to navigate the system can feel like hitting a brick wall.

Online therapy sessions with Pippa are a safe and convenient space so you can get your child help quickly and easily.

How does online therapy work?

Online therapy (or counselling) works in much the same way as in-person therapy but we use video calls to create a safe space for young people to share what’s on their mind and get help.

We also use a creative, interactive platform so we can make images and do therapeutic activities together. This can really help some young people feel more at ease and invites them to reflect on their issues from a new perspective.

Is it as effective as in-person therapy?

Yes! Studies show that online therapy is as effective as in-person and being in their own space helps anxious teens feel more comfortable and able to get the most out of their sessions.

Many teens feel quite at home in the online world and are used to forming relationships virtually. It also saves on long commutes to therapy offices and makes therapy available everywhere despite long waiting lists.
